Hi! I'm Dr. Georgiana Cullen-Kerney, ND, MAc (she/her)
(Though many people call me Dr. George, or just Dr. G.)
My philosophy is simple: the body carries innate wisdom and an inherent capacity to heal. My work centers on listening deeply, reflecting that inner healer back to you, and offering tools that support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and whole-person wellbeing. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, honoring your autonomy and inner guidance every step of the way.
My Path
From a young age, I felt called to help people. During my teens, I went through a period of profound illness, and plant medicine and supported by family and community played a pivotal role in my healing. That experience shaped my commitment to naturopathic medicine, counseling, and working at the intersection of emotional, somatic, and spiritual health.
I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master's in Classical Chinese Acupuncture from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), Class of 2012, and my BA from The Ohio State University. My early professional work included botanical education for New Chapter and Herb Pharm, traveling nationwide to teach clinicians, retailers, and herbalists about integrative health. I have also served in youth and recovery community settings, supporting individuals navigating addiction, resilience, and transition.
My mentors have included Paul Stamets, Paul Schulick, Christopher Hobbs, Cascade Anderson Geller, Dr. Dick Thom, and Dr. Edie Vickers—teachers who shaped my understanding of both the science and spirit of plant medicine.
